Julia Kral

MEd

Julia, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), is a warm, compassionate clinician who believes that meaningful growth begins when individuals feel safe, heard, and supported. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and she strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves.

Throughout her clinical experiences in higher levels of care with adolescents and adults, Julia has witnessed the incredible strength people carry, even during some of life’s most difficult moments. She finds it deeply rewarding to walk alongside clients through all phases of life as they gain insight into themselves and their mental health, discover new ways of coping, and work toward goals that matter most to them. Julia believes that growth and change come from taking small steps and celebrating progress in all its forms.

Julia enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, young adults, and parents navigating a wide range of concerns. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy and uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy (as developmentally appropriate).

She is dedicated to facilitating a collaborative, empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to actively engage in their therapeutic journey. Julia tailors her approach to each client’s unique strengths and needs while providing support, encouragement, and practical tools for growth.
