Chelsea is the Clinical Director of Best Self Inc. Chelsea leads clinical and administrative operations to ensure an exceptional level of care is provided to all families. Chelsea meets every new family exactly where they are at and assists with the planning process. This includes a discussion of problem areas, initial goals for therapy and a personal recommendation for the right therapist match.
In her clinical work, Chelsea provides her clients with the ideal balance of support and coaching, knowing when it’s time to listen and when it’s time to act. With her calming and positive approach, Chelsea creates the space her clients need to navigate the more difficult chapters of adolescence and emerging adulthood.
Chelsea is especially skilled when it comes to helping clients learn to regulate difficult emotions. In her care, no emotion is too overwhelming to handle and conquer. By helping clients identify and build on their inherent strengths, Chelsea helps remove any barriers in the way of achieving their best selves.
